People who treat Lindsay as the victim and want her found not guilty (usually not guilty by reason of insanity / not criminally responsible). They accept, or at least do not need, the official story that she physically killed Cora, Dawson, and Callan — they argue she should not be punished as a murderer.
People who reject that story and say Patrick Clancy did it — that he killed the kids and framed Lindsay, or set her up so she would take the fall. This is not the defense’s case. This camp treats the trial as a cover-up and reads his errands, testimony, remarriage, and demeanor as proof.
People who gave money to a GoFundMe tied to Lindsay Clancy or her family after the killings. A donation is treated as public support if the donor name or message was visible on the fundraiser. This category is only the public donor line — not bank records, not private Venmo.
